may 2022: the beginning of the end.

Dear Friends and Family,

We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial weekend! It’s always nice to have some time to spend with family and enjoy what so many have fought and died for.

Michael and I had a busy weekend with our Community Yardsale, celebrating my sister’s graduation from high school and our graduation from college, and Michael’s sister’s birthday! There’s been a lot to celebrate, and we are so grateful for the family time.

This month as a whole had us in the full swing of transition. We had the privilege of speaking at a couple of different churches, moving our renters into our house, and wrapping up the school year with the students. This Friday marks my (Caitlyn’s) last day of work, and Michael transitioning into training for his replacement for the district. It’s been a month where the reality of our move is becoming more and more real.

The Community Yardsale went amazingly well- we had about 200 people come throughout the day! Many people donated and purchased items, which helps us immensely in our moving process. It also helped us raise the remainder of our funds for the initial deposit! We are so grateful to all who donated items and came to the sale! We could not have done it without you. We will also be participating in Grangeville’s City-Wide Yard Sale on June 25th to sell the last bit of the items we have leftover. (Local friends can keep an eye out for information from the Grangeville Chamber of Commerce to stay updated!)

We also announced the winner of our raffle giveaway- Zach and Olivia Baldwin! We want to specifically thank them and all who donated these last two months and have helped us get to where we are today. We appreciate you all!

Our move to Israel truly would not be possible without external support. It’s our great desire that we would have a large network of people supporting us in prayer and donations. We have been fundraising and are so grateful for all who have already financially and prayerfully supported us!

We need $15,000 for an initial deposit (covers the first six months) and then $2,500 (which covers both of us!) in monthly support after that. We currently have $1,530 in monthly support and the full $15,000 for our initial deposit! We are praising God for how so many things have lined up so quickly and praying for the remaining monthly supporters to come. We are so touched by how many people have partnered with us already to see us go and do what the Lord is calling us to! If you are still wanting to contribute, the best way to contribute financially is through a one-time or monthly donation. You can give through our website, stevenstotheone.com, through Tithe.ly, PayPal, Zelle, or the WordPress donation box. Tithe.ly is our preferred, and only tax-deductible, method.

Thank you again for partnering with us in this adventure! We know it is a sacrifice to support us financially, and we want you to know how much we truly appreciate it. We also want to be clear that your prayerful support means much more to us than any donation. We’d also love to invite you to follow our blog and social media profiles for all our updates and stories! We are so grateful for our team of prayer warriors, generous givers, and Kingdom family! Thanks for being a part of it!

With Love and Shalom, Michael + Caitlyn Stevens
